Notice regarding employees wearing masks as a result the spread of the Novel Coronavirus

Thank you very much for your constant patronage of our hotel. Currently, as of January 30st, 2020, the domestic infections of the Novel Coronavirus have been spreading, and we are receiving more and more reports of virus infections in Japan every day. As a result of considering the health and safety of our guests and hotel staff, our hotel has decided to wear masks while providing services. We will continue to work on creating an environment where our guests can use our hotel feeling safe. We ask for your understanding regarding our response to this situation.
